The company ESEDRA SRL understands the importance of guaranteeing the security of private information, in compliance with applicable Italian and European legislation, and below describes the methods of processing the personal data of those ("User", "Users") who link to this Site, directly, or through a link from another site.

∙ This information applies exclusively to personal data processed through this Site and does not concern the processing of data through other contact methods such as telephone, mail.

∙ The Information is updated to the revision level and date that appears at the bottom of the form, the company ESEDRA SRL reserves the right, at any time, to modify and update it.

∙ The declarations of the ESEDRA SRL company exposed integrate the Legal Notes relating to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site but do not have any contractual nature, therefore they do not create either contractual obligations towards the User or rights of the User.

Connection to third party web pages

For user convenience, on its sites, the ESEDRA SRL company offers links to other websites. By using certain hyperlinks, the user leaves the page he is on to access external sites belonging to "third parties". The ESEDRA SRL company has no control over such sites and therefore declines any responsibility for the correctness, completeness and legality of the contents and any offers or services contained therein.

3. Place of processing of personal data

The processing of personal data connected to consultation of the Site takes place at the registered office of the company ESEDRA SRL indicated above, and are stored at the data center of the service provider appointed as External Data Processor pursuant to art. 28 GDPR.

4. Type of data processed

The traffic and navigation data provided by the user's computer are recorded by the server in the access log.

Through the software used to operate the website, the server acquires some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, such as: IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users who connect to the site, time stamp of the requests, the URL addresses of the requested resources, methodology used for the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, and other parameters relating to the operating system and the User's IT environment.

The Website acquires and stores time stamps with URL sequence data identifying the resources visited or searched for by the User and their content.

The Website also acquires data and information from the User's computer through the use of cookies: permanent and/or "session" (the meaning is explained in the specific information published on the website).

Normally the website acquires and stores - and sometimes communicates to third parties (e.g. the web service provider) - all the navigation data described above exclusively in anonymous and aggregate form. The processing of such data allows the Data Controller to manage and control the proper functioning of the website and to carry out statistics and sampling for promotional or scientific purposes.

Data that is provided voluntarily by the User.

The Site may ask the User to provide some personal information such as, for example, name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and other information. This provision is linked only to the will of the User and is therefore absolutely optional.

In order to be able to access certain contents of the Website in the specific reserved areas and to be able to take advantage of the full operation of the Site, the user has the possibility to:

∙ obtain a pair of unique keys for access (Username and Password) through a registration procedure by filling out a form downloadable from the site, which subsequently, at each new session, can be inserted into the access request for recognition by the system of authentication.

5. Purpose of the processing

The personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:

∙ Activities strictly connected and functional to the operation of the services: for example, allowing the User to access the services offered and view the contents of the Site; allow the User to receive the requested products or services, executing the express requests
